Tree Water is a young, innovative company designing and manufacturing industrial effluent treatment/recycling systems. Our teams are made up of scientists, engineers and technicians who have applied advanced oxidation processes that have led to the filing of patents.
 
Our technologies are custom-developed: parameters and upstream/downstream treatment combinations are tailored to treatment objectives, constraints and spatial configuration. We have chosen to manufacture our own equipment and integrate technological building blocks designed and produced by our partners, to ensure that our systems are perfectly suited to the challenges of industrial water treatment and reuse.
 
Our multi-disciplinary teams include scientists and industrial experts, as well as marketing and financial specialists. We also work with a number of partners to develop our business.

The mission:
 
After a period of development and a start-up phase for commercial activities, our company is now entering a phase of scaling up. The growing number of R&D projects, the development of new industrial projects and the integration of new technologies and partners have led us to strengthen our teams.
 
To support our growth, we need a multi-skilled resource to help us structure a number of administrative tasks, and carry out a number of operational actions in the areas of customer service, purchasing, supply chain, accounting and business monitoring.

Salary and conditions :

Ø BAC+2 minimum
Ø ETAM status
Ø Salary = €25k - €28k depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Areas of responsibility & main activities:
 
Ø Establish customer orders, invoices and follow up on collections in collaboration with the sales team.
Ø Work closely with scientists to support them in structuring and monitoring industrial projects.
Ø Place purchase orders (direct and indirect), monitor receipts and manage supplier payments.
Ø Participate in the coordination of industrial activity planning and activity reports.
Ø Manage administrative activities relating to human resources management.
Ø Assist with strategic and operational marketing activities: structuring documentation, presentation, performance indicators, digital marketing.
Ø Assist with all administrative activities: overheads, liaison with accountants, insurers and registering bodies.

Experience & qualities required

Experience in administrative management is required: placing supplier orders, monitoring invoicing, managing administrative files, managing schedules. ERP experience is also required.
Although it is essential for the assistant to be accompanied and guided in his/her tasks, he/she will need to demonstrate autonomy and take responsibility.
Versatility and the ability to switch from one topic to another are essential qualities for this position.
Fluency in English is essential, as many of the tasks will be carried out in English: analyses, reports, events, etc.
